This project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Huanghe Road and Qinghai Road, Baohe District, Hefei, Anhui, China.

The design concept of the project was inspired by traditional Chinese ink wash painting, coupled with local long-established urban form that was upright and foursquare.
